FIRST STEP
Once I learn about your project, I’ll request a concept meeting to ensure that communication about what is wanted for the project is clear. Once we've completed the concept meeting, I will send along a pricing that has been determined after considering the amount of time + techniques used for the design.
After this, a document describing the process + timeline will be sent over. Within this document, the terms of service will be included.
After that document is e-signed, you’ll pay an invoice to cover a 50% deposit to make things official.
During this step, I will begin sketches for the concept we will build around. Once I have completed what I deem an appropriate amount of sketches that convey the concept, I will present you with a pdf for you to be able to look at the thought process behind the idea.
You will choose 2 - 3 sketches which I will turn into a digital render. Once the renders are complete, I will send over watermarked versions. You will either choose to continue with one of the two ideas, or we can build something from the concepts combined.
We will work together to make up to 4 revisions to the design before moving onto the next step. If more revisions are needed from that, a small fee will be added to the price.
SECOND STEP
During the final step I will add color, adjust to proper size as needed, & finalize details to the design to ensure satisfaction. Once I get final art approval, I will send over an invoice for the final amount. Once the invoice is paid, I will send a zip file to the email of choice.
If it is for an entire identity package, I will then move to begin the rest of the work on the additional graphics. Once those graphics are done and approved is when I will send the invoice for the final products. Once paid, I will send over a zip file with the graphics to an email of choice.
If desired, I will promote the graphic and branding on my own channel to create additional hype for your brand.
NOTE: Once the design has been completed, I offer up to 2 revisions of the design within the week it has been delivered. If revisions are requested past that point, a fee will be charged.
