Do's

I, Kiwisnstars the Designer, Have the Right to Pass On Any Job.
- This applies to everyone, including reoccurring clients.
Please respect my time. If I am streaming/on stream and have said I do not have the time for your project, do not ask about your project while I am on stream. This is a sure way for me to pass up on your project.
I sometimes will stream my design process. The client is more than welcome to view. It is encouraged for them to be there during the process in order to have the most input as your design is made.
Come to me with an idea in mind. The more thought out your idea, the faster I can work and complete it. If you come to me with no ideas, then I won't be able to crank out your design as quickly.

- Half of the payment is expected once we have agreed upon the commission. The second half will be expected after the commission has been finished. Once the final portion of the payment is sent, the files will be delivered to the email of choice.
- Please when sending the payment click the "friends & family option" so I can receive the full amount otherwise a a tax fee will be included. If you do not, I will request an additional invoice with a $5 feel to ensure I get the entirety of the total.
Once I have finished the design, regardless of what it was. there will be a 1 week period where I will revise what you need on the design. After the 1 week period, depending on how complicated the design was, will depend on how much the revision fee will be.
All designs are final. If we have gone through the entire design process, and toward the end you want to scrap everything, there will be a design fee for the time taken creating the initial idea that was agreed upon.
